Breeding - general terms and conditions

» You may choose the day of covering and date of birth. There are no minimum days of pregnancy. The data of the foal you may choose yourself or we decide it for you. The following data is affected: sex, colour genetic and potential.

» You have 3 weeks to put the foals data on your website and send us the url. If you do not do this the breeding contract is invalid. You may get in contact with us to extend the deadline.

» The name of the foal should be according to the rules of the breed. For example the name of hanoverians always start with the first letter of the father, KWPN's decide on a letter for each year, foals of the Oldenburger breed use, if it is a male foal, the first letter of the father, otherwise the first letter of the mother is used. If you do not want to comply with this rules please contact us so we can find a solution together.

» Please do not use our sign HR. We only want to use it on our foals.

» You do not need to ask us first if you want to sell the foal. But please let us know if the url changes!

Sale - general terms and conditions

» The purchase is only valid when you get a confirmation from us. Only then you may put the data of the horse on your website.

» You have 2 weeks to put the data of the horse on your website. If you do not do this the purchase is invalid. You may get in contact with us to extend the deadline.

» We may choose to reject your application without reason.
